Coaching/Follow-up
Who Needs a Coach?
•
Do you set up systems but find you’re not following through?
•
Does tackling your paperwork make you feel overwhelmed?
•
Would it help to have some insight into why you struggle so
much with
these areas?
•
If you believe you’re Chronically Disorganized, would you like
support
from someone who truly understands your situation?
When one is making a life change it helps to have support! Using a coach:
•
Gives you ongoing support
•
Holds you accountable in a compassionate way.
A coach helps you look for the road blocks that prevent you from staying
on target or—if the path you choose doesn’t work out—she
can work with you to devise a new path. This is not like a teacher grading
you; it is understanding, ongoing support.
This is the way I work with my clients as I do coaching/follow-up to help
them change habits and ways of thinking to become Clutter-Free & Organized.
Ways to Use Coaching
On-site maintenance visits. A help for people who “backslide” as
they are working to establish new habits.
Long-distance organizing. Ninety percent of coaching is done over the
phone, and it is truly effective. Yes, even for organizing projects!

For the Chronically Disorganized “Just knowing Mary was coming back
at regular intervals made a big difference. For one thing, it helped me
focus on maintaining my new organizing habits. It also afforded the opportunity
to identify other professional issues we could work on.” – Janice
